Notes:

Front cover:  I bought this about a week ago.  It’s pristine.  Nothing done.

Gatefold:  Gatefold is in excellent shape. The center crease wasn’t removable so I didn’t even try.  Of course, both sides were scanned separately and joined in Photoshop.

Insert-front:  Again, brand new so no need to do anything

Insert-back:  

Back cover:  Brand new.

Labels:  Just removed the spindle hole on both sides.
