Notes:

Front cover:  This was very clean except for the really crude cut-out rip in the upper left-hand corner. Easily “cloned” out.

Gatefold:  Gatefold in very good shape but joining it all together is never easy.  Also, cut out rip got in the way.  I don’t have to do things this way anymore but when this was originally done, it required joining pieces together.

Back cover:  Again, back in great shape.

Advertisement:  Merchandise sheet in great shape.  Just scanned and uploaded.

Labels:  The labels are in great shape.  Just scanned, removed spindle holes, and uploaded.
