Notes:

Front cover:  This is in really nice shape despite his age. I did almost nothing to this other than scan it.

Sleeve-front:  These had minor wrinkling issues. I replaced the white areas when these were at their largest and the issue went away.

Sleeve-back:  Same issue as the other side but easily fixed with color replacement

Back cover:  This one was easy too.  Nothing done beyond scanning.

Labels:  Labels are in great shape too, though there was odd reddening on both of them. Once I removed the coloring, the issue disappeared.  Then, the customary removal of  the spindle hole, scanning, and uploading.
