Front cover:  This has one tear on the upper right-hand corner that was removed through cloning.  Beyond that, it’s in great shape.

Back cover:  A couple of minor scuffs but nothing too bad.  All easily removed.

Labels:  Both labels are in decent shape.  The variances you’re seeing in them are as they really are.  The variances of the Gordy label across different albums is fascinating.
