Notes:

Front cover:  This was nice and easy.  Each side of this had a cut-out notch on the left and right sides respectively.  Easily removed.

Back cover:  Back also very nice.  Easy to scan and upload.

Labels:  Beyond the inherent difficulty of getting rid of the spindle hole, these labels are in great shape.
