Label: Reprise Records
Front cover: This was taken from it’s box (thanks, musicdirect.com), removed from it’s lose bag (no shrink wrap for this one), and placed on the scanner bed. It had no chance to get the least bit of wear. I was taken with it’s design immediately and had to scan it for the site.
Gatefold: Great work, isn’t it? Really nice to look at. Go ahead. You know you wanna… 😉
Promo label: This was on the bag the LP came in. I just didn’t want to mar the cover so I just left it on it’s own.
Sleeve-front: Basic white sleeve that wasn’t the least bit wrinkled. That can happen even with new records. After all, only crazies like me are OCD enough to care enough. This one was just pristine.
Back cover: Just fantastic artwork. My absolute favorite of the year and my favorite of Donald’s period.
Labels: This one’s pressed on clear vinyl and it sounds absolutely amazing. You know what? I’m just going to post the link so you can buy it. Just go (here) and grab it. If you’re into “The Nightfly”, you need this in your life.
