Notes:  This was in particularly rough shape.  It was ripped and torn badly in various places.  It took an hour or so to rejuvenate it through various techniques.  Color replacement and cloning were performed relentlessly.  As you can tell, I had to replace the word “Heart” in the heading.  It’s not convincing but either I do that or I leave the word out completely.  I got as close as I could.
